The society is being ignorant to the signs of depression saying people are seeking for "attention" which is wrong it's only after death that they realize that we had depression
Depression kills. I wish people could open up, talk about what is bothering them rather than bottling it up to an extent that only death seem to be Solution.
Well from what i have perceived we as men suffer a lot from this disease because we not open people, we don't like talking about our problems to an extent that we take our own lives
It's also high time we normalize taking a serious action towards this sickness

DeleteTrue, we need to seek help as soon we are depressed. Maybe just talking to someone about the issue that depresses us can help.
